I was born in Mexicali  BC, Mexico.   I studied Architecture at ITESM – Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and graduated in 1991.  I have worked with Hermosillo y Asociados Arquitectos, a Mexican design and construction firm, for almost 20 years in different areas such as:  Project Management, Design of Industrial facilities and Control of Expenses.   The Hermosillo y Asociados group also has interests in other companies and I have been involved in sales and marketing for industrial land and housing.  I currently live in San Diego and hold a Real Estate Sales agent license.  I participate in the following nonprofit institutions DEITAC- Economic Development of Tijuana, FIC - International Community Foundation for Tijuana and CAHOVA- which provides shelter and education to homeless boys.  I am married to Jorge Tagle, a plastic surgeon and have four children.
